Family Connection

The Family Advocacy Program is provided by White County Family Connection in partnership with White County Schools. The program provides trained staff to work with vulnerable families who have children enrolled in the White County School System. The advocate works closely with the family for 6-12 months to help stabilize and familiarize them with resources and support within the community. The program also assists other families who may need short-term concrete support by directing them to appropriate resources or, if necessary, by providing one-time financial assistance.
