Continuation SPLOST referendum
       1. If it passes, will continue the penny sales tax that goes to our school system to build and maintain our school facilities.

  2. Cornerstone project is the new NGA on the HS grounds.

  3. The election date will be sometime in May 2015 TBD.

  4. Our school system also uses these funds to repair and replace   existing facilities. An example would be the recent renovations we   did at JPN. If we do not have the SPLOST, we would have to use   general fund money and it would not be feasible.
