The plan year for SHBP runs from January 1 - December 31 each year.  Deductibles and HRA credit start over on January 1st each year.

Matulia Financial Services Open Enrollment allows you to make changes to Dental, Vision, Aflac, Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability, and Life.  Spring is the time for making these changes for July 1st effective date. 

** Flexible Spending Account Plan year runs from June 1st - May 30th**

          Click on Delta Dental to register, login and see dental claims data and find network providers.  **Dental plan year runs from July 1 - June 30 each year.  Deductibles and benefits start over each year on July 1st.**

  Click on VSP to register, login and see VSP vision claims data, see Vision Benefits and network providers. **Make sure to tell your Eye Doctor that your Ameritas Vision Benefits are under the (VSP) Vision Service Plan.**
